Marcus began buying and selling homes in Dallas, TX just before the economy made a drastic change in 2008. He quickly understood that in order to be successful in the current day and age it would require him to rely on his extensive problem solving skills to help homeowners navigate their way through the fog. This has continued to be the force that drives him to give honest and truthful information while offering a fair price for properties regardless of the homeowners situation. Being a seasoned investor, licensed REALTOR (CA DRE#02059675) and Certified Property Manager allows Marcus to utilize his vast knowledge in real estate to help resolve any problems that a homeowner may be experiencing.
In 2015, just before relocating to California he formed Gibson Financial LLC. He spent the next 5 years gaining experience in the Property Management and the Multi-family investing arenas, he has partnered with other seasoned investors in pursuit of building a portfolio of multi-family properties ranging from 6-25 units. |
